•Overall control and responsibility for the designated project(s) •Manage project to ensure corporate EHS objectives, and EHS regulatory requirements are achieved. •Displays and promotes Exyte Group ethics, core values and leaderships principles. •Maximises employee morale, motivation, team spirit, Manages industrial relations and enforces discipline where necessary with HoD / HR. •Portrays the Company’s image to its advantage. •Projects a positive role model to Company staff. •Assists in the development and maintenance of Company systems. •Ad hoc duties as determined by management.

Qualifications

Degree with background in engineering or related discipline
10 years project management / construction / engineering experience Entry level to a project management leadership position
Completed smaller projects from start to finish
Previous project experience in relevant fields eg wafers, pharmaceutical construction projects, etc
Commercial knowledge
