Job Descriptions

•Review contract/subcontract, work specifications, costing and liaise/negotiate with client, •contractors and suppliers •Handle daily contract/commercial duties for projects, which include supervision of tender and contract preparation, procurement, variation and payment evaluation, payment certification and closing of final account

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or commercial management essential
Firm knowledge and experience in various international contract standards like FIDIC, SIA · In-dept knowledge in contracting, procurement
Experience in the field of engineering and construction · Experience in handling multi-million dollar projects in the construction industry · Experience in commercial set-up in the construction industry
Work collaboratively with clients to ensure contracts are fair and mutually acceptable
Oversee the management and execution of all contracts, including the review and approval Perform Cost Estimates, Cost and Budget Reporting
Resolve contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors and suppliers
Work with Project Managers and Client on all daily project operations
Provide guidance, direction and instruction to other commercial team members
Ensure that all stakeholders, i.e. administration, operations, accounts and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations; reflecting them accurately
