Job DescriptionsInventory Control
-Maintain accurate inventory records.
-Reconcile inventory and make adjustments in inventory management systems.
Documentation and Reporting
-Utilize ERP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) for tasks such as creating reports, managing shipping documents, and communicating with team members and other departments.
-Report on warehouse activities, including inventory levels and shipments.
-Coordinate with other departments, such as supply chain, QC, and production.
-Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
-Collaborate with the Site Logistics Lead to ensure smooth execution of physical warehouse activities.
-Prepare monthly inventory reports, Non-Conformance Material (NCM) reports, and implement visual control measures in all warehouse areas.
Receiving and Stocking Materials
-Receive raw materials, finished goods, and packaging; unload trucks; move items to/from storage and production; inspect received items for discrepancies such as damage or missing labels.
-Ensure all items are stored properly and comply with safety procedures (EHS).
-Count, inspect, and log received materials; pass relevant documents (e.g., receipts, packing slips) to respective departments to ensure compliance with company standards.
Material Planning and Inventory
-Monitor inventory control for raw materials by reviewing stock records; advise production planners and coordinate with production leaders.
-Coordinate and plan with logistics/transportation personnel for receiving raw materials according to production requirements and schedules.
-Assist in annual physical inventory/stock audits.
Record Keeping & Quality Management
-Maintain material record systems with article numbers, dates, and lot numbers.
-Update inventory records with timely and accurate information by checking stock and related documents.
-Implement and maintain BASF (Thai) Quality Policy in the warehouse department.
-Monitor EHS compliance
