Job Descriptions
- Assist with the full cycle of the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Processing of Time Attendance, input overtime, leave record data and others concerned with payroll calculated.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
- Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
-Provide administrative support, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling general inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support the HR and GA teams in other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Age : 21- 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role.
- Experience in using B-plus Program is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to details.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and Thai labor laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
