Job Descriptions1. Develop and expand the sales performance within the Key Account, Modern Trade.
2. Ensure overall sales targets and gross profit goals are met, aligning with company policies and strategic plans.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery, planning, and demand forecasting to ensure accurate projections.
4. Monitor competitor activities in the market, analyze their strategies, and implement necessary corrective actions to maintain our competitive edge.
5. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to successfully introduce and launch new pet food products to our customers.
6. Work directly with retail customers to plan and execute effective sales promotions and campaigns for our products.
7. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key contacts at our Modern Trade accounts and resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of direct experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales professional within the Pet Food industry, with a focus on Modern Trade channels.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of the pet food market, products, and consumer behavior, especially within retail environments.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term, strong client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites.
