Job Descriptions
1. Consulting Support
•Provide customers with after-sales consulting on:
•Service policies, warranty coverage, and service outlet information
•Quotation and process for out-of-warranty services
•Maintenance progress tracking and installation appointment support
•Offer product usage consulting on:
•Technical parameters, features, settings, and functions
•Best practices for efficient product use
2. Troubleshooting Support
•Assist customers with:
•Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
•Identifying issues and coordinating maintenance initiation
•Guiding users to restore product functionality and resolve usage issues
3. Complaint Handling
•Conduct surveys and return visits with targeted customer groups
•Collect and analyze:
•Historical service request data
•Customer feedback and satisfaction levels
•Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and service processes
4. Suspected Crisis Monitoring
•Identify and report potential negative events affecting Huawei’s brand or product reputation
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สายคอมพิวเตอร์หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคอมพิวเตอร์ทุกสาขา
- อายุ 22-33 ปี
- ภาษาอังกฤษดี (TOEIC 550 , IELTS 5.0)
- ใช้งาน Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup), Microsoft Office ได้
- มีประสบการณ์ Customer Service / Call Center อย่างน้อย 4 เดือน
