Job Descriptions
- You will report to the VP Thermal & Gas.
- For any assigned project, you will provide support to Project Manager of such project.
- You share your expertise with your project team.
- You will utilize your best knowledge of the electrical system in power plant process and any technical skills to support all assignments including but not limited to power plant development projects (power plant conceptual design studies, feasibility studies and technical support).
- Lender Engineer/Due diligence.
- Owner's engineer projects.
- Other Engineering projects.
- Other assignment from VP Thermal & Gas.
Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience in the Energy or Petrochemical business.
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in an Engineering Discipline, preferred in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Experience working with auxiliary systems / process and motor controls / grounding / lighting / Instrumentation / SCADA-DCS-PLC /, etc.
- Knowledge of engineering and management software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, ASPEN, EDSA, ETAP or CYME, Microsoft Project and Primavera.
- Must possess current knowledge and experience with industry electrical codes and standards regarding power generating plant and substation design, including IEC, NEC, IEEE, ANSI, and NEMA.
- Ability to work autonomously and be proactive.
- Dynamic and have great interpersonal skills, willing to learn and good team player.
- Fluency in English and Thai, both verbal and written skills.
- The position is based in Bangkok (Two Pacific Building - Nana BTS Station Exit 2).
