Job Descriptions
- Handle content safety to ensure legal and policy compliance
- Coordinate with supervisors regarding content that violates community guidelines
- Review and audit user-generated content before it is published
- Review videos, posts, complaints, and legal notices
- Identify incorrect decisions related to copyrighted materials
- Update and maintain content according to platform standards
- Work in a fast-paced environment and handle potentially sensitive content
Shift work: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
Able to work night and overnight shifts
Able to work on Thailand public holidays when required
Please note: this role may involve exposure to sensitive, disturbing, or harmful content. Emotional resilience and good self-management are essential.
Qualifications
- Cambodian national / Khmer native speaker
- Vocational Certificate or higher in any field
- Enjoys using and watching social media (an advantage)
- Able to handle exposure to sensitive content
- English communication skill at B2 level or above
- Good verbal communication skills
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to start immediately is an advantage
