Job Descriptions
Web Designer (UI/UX + Frontend HTML Integration) Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer who excels in both visual design and frontend implementation. The ideal candidate will not only craft visually engaging designs but also translate them into responsive HTML/CSS code, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices. Responsibilities: - Design visually compelling, user-centric websites, landing pages, and web applications aligned with our brand identity. - Create wireframes, mockups, sitemaps, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly. - Convert approved designs into pixel-perfect HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for responsive and cross-browser compatibility. - Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to understand client needs and design goals. - Work closely with frontend and backend developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and technically feasible. - Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize UI/UX design based on feedback and data. - Maintain and update existing websites to enhance performance, usability, and conversion rates. - Stay current with modern design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality. - Ensure all designs adhere to web standards, accessibility guidelines, and performance best practices. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design and code.
  3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
  4. Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript (or frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).
  5. Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design techniques across various devices and screen sizes.
  6. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  9. Attention to detail with a passion for clean, elegant design and user-friendly experiences.
  10. Experience working on e-commerce platforms or landing page optimization Understanding of SEO best practices for on-page design.
  11. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) or version control (e.g., Git) will be an advantage.
  12. Understanding of SEO best practices for on-page design will be an advantage.
