Job Descriptions
• Develop formulas and production processes for new rice-based products, such as ready-to-eat jasmine rice, crispy pork, coconut milk formulas, and ready-to-drink Thai tea. • Conduct trials, research, and experimentation to improve the quality of new products to meet requirements. • Test new products under development, including products from OEM partners. • Study the shelf life of new products and ensure they meet desired quality standards. • Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing raw materials, packaging, and contract manufacturing services. • Liaise with OEM partners to develop product formulas and source new products based on customer needs. • Maintain lab equipment and manage internal documentation within the department.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master degree in Marketing, business administration, food science, food technology, or any related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years working experience in R&D in food industry.
  3. Good command of English in spoken, written, and reading. (Chinese is a plus)
  4. Experience in research and developing new products based on customer requirements.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  6. Able to travel for work, off-site and upcountry as assigned.
  7. Immediate availability to start work will be special consideration.
