Role Overview
As a Recruiter at Amaric, you’ll be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing them, managing communications, and ultimately helping us bring on the right people to power our growth. You’ll work closely with the founder and play a hands-on role in building the foundation of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
•Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs for various roles.
•Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
•Screen resumes and applications to identify high-potential candidates.
•Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
•Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
•Provide interview feedback and support hiring decisions.
•Manage job postings and maintain candidate pipelines using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or similar tools.
•Handle offer letters, candidate negotiations, and onboarding preparation.
•Continuously improve recruiting processes and practices as the company grows.
