Job Descriptions
- Greet members and guests warmly and professionally in the locker room
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker room areas, restrooms, showers, and lounges
- Provide high-quality shoe cleaning and polishing services
- Manage distribution and restocking of towels, toiletries, and amenities
- Assign and prepare lockers for members, guests, and tournament players
- Conduct regular inventory checks and restock supplies as needed
- Respond to member and guest requests with courtesy and efficiency
- Report maintenance or facility issues promptly to management
- Support events and tournaments by ensuring locker room readiness
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels at on-course comfort stations
- Assist Golf Operations team during peak times or special events
- Uphold excellent grooming and professional appearance standards
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest interactions

Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in customer service, hotel background or golf operations is a plus
- Friendly, outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
