Job Descriptions- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all members and guests in the Golf Shop
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal
- Supervise retail team members, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance oversight
- Monitor inventory levels and manage merchandise ordering, receiving, tagging, and restocking
- Maintain accurate sales records and handle daily cash reconciliation
- Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and boost sales
- Offer knowledgeable advice on golf apparel, equipment, and accessories
- Support promotions, seasonal displays, and product launches
- Train new staff on POS systems, product knowledge, and guest service standards
- Coordinate with Head of Golf for tournaments, events, and corporate gifting needs
- Handle customer feedback and inquiries with professionalism and a service-oriented approach
- Uphold Al Zorah Golf & Yacht Club’s premium brand and service standards throughout the guest experience
