Job Descriptions- Plan and execute golf tournaments, member events, and corporate golf days
- Serve as the main point of contact for event organizers, sponsors, and members
- Prepare event materials including scorecards, signage, tee sheets, and giveaways
- Coordinate event logistics with Golf Operations, F&B, and Leisure departments
- Support non-golf events such as wellness activities, private functions, and seasonal celebrations
- Collaborate with F&B for catering, setups, and post-event functions
- Maintain event calendars, booking records, and post-event reports
-Monitor event budgets, purchase orders, and gifting inventory
- Handle guest communications, including invitations, confirmations, and briefings
- Ensure premium service delivery, brand consistency, and polished event presentation
- Represent the club during events, supporting service teams and guest needs
- Assist with marketing content, photography, and results for internal and external communications
