- Develop and execute strategic sale plans to achieve company targets. - Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including setting goals and KPIs and provide coaching, guidance, and training to the sales team. - Implement sales strategies to meet business targets. - Develop, build, and maintain client relationships. - Prepare and present commercial proposals to the market in line. - Prepare monthly sales reports and other related documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 1 -3 years in business development in logistics/freight forwarding industry.
Good command of English communication and strong negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of Freight Forwarding or Ship Agency or Logistics or transportation or supply chain service
