Job Descriptions1. Making all payment voucher (Cash, Cheque, Transfer) and send bank remittance to suppliers.
2. Handle all office expense – making a payment of all due dates on time and make monthly office expense report.
3. Pay monthly income tax, social security welfare and payroll.
4. Acknowledge and inform payment date.
5. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets to align with company objectives.
6. Coordinate with auditors and external agencies for financial compliance.
7. Handle cash flow management and assess financial risks.
8. Overall accounting roles.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in financial statement preparation.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in accounting.
- Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of Thai taxation.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- English communication (reading, writing, speaking) for the tasks.
