1. Supervise Quality Control Processes

Oversee daily quality control operations to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.

2. Inspect Materials and Finished Products

Monitor incoming raw materials and inspect finished goods before shipment to ensure quality compliance.

3. Manage QC Team

Lead and train quality control staff, assign daily tasks, and evaluate team performance.

4. Handle Non-Conformance Issues

Investigate product defects or quality complaints and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.

5. Maintain Records and Reports

Prepare and maintain accurate QC records, inspection reports, and documentation for audits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- At least 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในด้านควบคุมคุณภาพหรือประกันคุณภาพ
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or ISO standards มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในมาตรฐาน GMP, HACCP หรือ ISO เป็นอย่างดี
- Basic English reading and reporting ability สามารถอ่านและจัดทำรายงานภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐานได้
