Job Descriptions
- Greet all members and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach, fostering a welcoming and positive environment.
- Monitor gym and leisure areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to club rules at all times.
- Assist members with equipment setup and provide guidance on proper usage when required.
- Perform regular checks and cleaning of gym equipment, locker rooms, pool decks, and wellness spaces.
- Prepare towels, water stations, and amenities to maintain a high standard of readiness and presentation.
- Support group fitness classes or wellness events by setting up spaces, equipment, and providing guest assistance.
- Ensure pool safety signage and equipment are in place and functioning; report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Encourage member engagement by promoting club programs, classes, and wellness initiatives.
- Respond promptly to guest feedback, safety concerns, or facility issues, escalating to the Recreation & Wellness Manager when necessary.
- Assist with locker assignment and guest queries regarding wellness offerings and general club information.
- Monitor and restock leisure supplies including towels, hygiene products, and sanitizing stations.
- Adhere to all club safety standards, operational procedures, and service excellence protocols.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service focus; professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and poolside safety procedures
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in leisure, hospitality, or fitness settings is an asset
