Our client is an international automotive firm. -Monitor and audit partner manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements. - Conduct and/or coordinate inspections of finished goods prior to dispatch, ensuring compliance with dimensional, functional, and cosmetic standards. - Identify, document, and lead the resolution of supplier-related quality issues (e.g. NCRs, deviations). - APQP & PPAP Support: Assist both local operations and Australian management and work teams, in Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process activities. - Work collaboratively with suppliers to improve quality systems, reduce defects, and increase process capability. - Liaise with engineering, production, logistics, and customer service teams to align supplier quality goals with business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supplier quality or manufacturing quality role within the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.)
Proficient in root cause analysis tools (8D, Fishbone, 5 Why)
Familiar with inspection techniques and metrology tools
Experience with PPAP, FMEA, and control plans
Own reliable transport and ability to travel to suppliers as required
Strong written and spoken English and Thai language skills
Working: Mon- Fri: 8.00am. -17.00pm. occasional Saturdays when required
