Job Descriptions

- Lead and manage AI-driven and innovative product development projects from conception to completion. - Develop project ToR (Terms of Reference) and clarify requirements with suppliers. - Understand and develop software design structures, including architecture, components, and interfaces. - Oversee AI model training, testing, and performance evaluation. - Possess deep expertise in various AI/ML techniques including deep learning, computer vision (e.g., ROS, CNN, YOLO), reinforcement learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics. - Collaborate with AI specialists and engineers to design controllable AI solutions. - Guide and manage software engineers, and subcontractors. - Monitor project costs and allocate resources effectively to ensure profitability. - Conduct presentations for customers and suppliers to demonstrate technical value. - Set and monitor R&D activities to identify and prevent defects. - Liaise with internal departments and clients to gather requirements and ensure communication. - Work closely with the Managing Director to align progress with strategic goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Robotics, AI, or related field.
5+ years of experience in AI/ML, robotics, or technical project leadership.
Strong knowledge of AI frameworks and tools including ROS, CNN, YOLO.
Understanding of software architecture, design components, and interfaces.
Experienced in team leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
