- Prepare various financial documents such as tax invoices, receipts, withholding tax certificates, billing notes, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers.
- Record accounting data including income and expenses.
- Organize and store financial documents systematically, ensuring they are easily accessible when needed.
- Prepare accounting documents to be forwarded to relevant departments.
HR
- Assist in handling human resources and basic administrative tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll processing.
- Responsible for processing work permits and visa renewals for foreign employees.
- Assist in managing external coordination and translating related documents.
- Perform other assigned duties.
