Job DescriptionsReceive orders from customers and update delivery schedules.
Manage inventory control for both domestic and international operations.
Coordinate with overseas branches and suppliers.
Prepare purchase orders (PO) and issue invoices.
Arrange shipments (Ocean, Air, Truck).
Verify export customs clearance documents.
Submit weekly/monthly reports.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications - Any Gender Age 26-30 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration of related field.
- Experience at least 2 years in customer service (export) in trading or manufacturing.
- Experience in import/export documentation and processes.
- Experiences in coordinating with overseas agent, sales team, customer service.
- Conversational high level of English (TOEIC score 750). - Business Level.
- Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office (Outlook Email, Excel VLOOKUP/PivotTable/XLOOKUP)
- Working experience in Automotive industries or Trading company.
- Working experience in Japanese trading company.
