Job Descriptions
1.Capacity production review with machine cycle time analyze 2.Designs and review Pokayoke / equipment / jig and drawing for support production 3.Support special projects such as capacity improvements. defect reduction,lead time reduction,and plant layout 4.Support tooling anlysis & control Job out-put 1.Time studies and Line balancces 2.Pokayoke standards for each machine and methoda for checking the condition of the pokayoke to be effective at all times 3.Proposal of project resull and setandart to ISO system 4.Monthly tooling report and analyze the problem of Tool,Die & Spare Parts that have abnormal of use, including checking stock every month ,Stock must be digg no more 1%
Qualifications
  1. Male age25-35 years , Female age 24-35 years.
  2. Graduated bachelor's degree in Industrial /Mechanical or any related field of improve productivity
  3. At least 2 years working experience in CNC lathe.
  4. Have skills and abillity to write work standards and machunes.
  5. High responsible and able to arrange the priority of job well Understand Drawing.
  6. If you Have exprience in CNC work in the automotive parts manufacturing business will be an advantage.
  7. Have good knowledge of English
  8. Have knowledge/skills about TIE or TPS systems.
  9. Have knowledge/skills in working with CNC command sets (G-code, M-Code)
  10. Have skills and ability to use Auto Cad/Solid Work drafting programs.
  11. Have experience working in automotive production systems
  12. Have quality consciousness, be meticulous, and have leadership skills.
