Job Descriptions
1. Warehouse Process Supervision
- Responsible for supervising and inspecting daily warehouse operations to ensure all processes comply with company standards and to prevent potential operational errors and risks. For example, during the outbound process, verify the item name, quantity, and time on the outbound order to ensure the information is accurate and timely.
2. Inventory Verification and Regular Stocktaking
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to conduct regular inventory checks, verifying each item’s type, quantity, and storage condition to ensure consistency between system records and physical stock.
- Any discrepancies should be investigated promptly, with corresponding suggestions for resolution provided.
3. Data Recording and Analysis
- Accurately record inbound and outbound inventory data.
- Regularly organize and analyze stock data to identify potential anomalies (e.g., shortages, misplacement) and provide data-driven support for warehouse management and process optimization.
4. Issue Follow-Up and Process Improvement Suggestions
- Record any issues identified during daily operations, assist warehouse staff in root cause analysis, and promote timely resolution and process improvement to enhance overall warehouse efficiency and management quality.
5. Chinese-Thai Translation and Communication Support
- Assist warehouse personnel with daily translation and communication between Chinese and Thai, including but not limited to work instructions, operating procedures, and training materials, to ensure clear and accurate communication across language barriers.
Qualifications
- จบปริญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, โลจิสติกส์, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในด้านงานคลังสินค้า ตรวจสอบขั้นตอนการทำงานคลังสินค้า
- มีประสบการณ์ตรวจสอบขั้นตอนการทำงานคลังสินค้า หรือ QA/QC Audit ทั้ง Outbound, Packaging, Inventory
- สามารถใช้งานและทำ Report โดยใช้โปรแกรม Excel ได้อย่างเชี่ยวชาญ
- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีน และภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สถานที่ปฎิบัติงาน คลองส่งน้ำ บางนา-ตราด กม. 19
- วันและเวลาการทำงาน: ทำงานจ.-ศ. 9.00-18.00 และ 2เสาร์ ต่อเดือน 9.00-17.00
