Job Descriptions
- in charge for a or several specific customer accounts
- understand customer demands (capacity, quality, ..etc) and coordinate weigh team to meet customer demands.
- Services existing customer accounts, obtains orders
- Establishes new customer accounts by planning and organizing.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of industry sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- English communication skill
- Ability to communicate with customers Experience in customer relationship management.
- Related industrial knowledge and information collection skill
