Job Descriptions
1. Oversee an allocation of litigation jobs of the company.
2. Draft pleadings, complaints, answers, motions, submissions and any other documents necessary for court proceedings.
3. Review the completeness of the document prepared for court filing, briefings, details of litigation jobs, and other related papers.
4. Appear in court and be a highly persuasive and effective advocate.
5. Other tasks related to legal field per assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Laws.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in legal field. (Litigation is preferred.)
- Having a lawyer license and strong background in Litigation.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proactive, solution-thinking and self-motivated.
- Logical & systematic approach to advice effective solution.
