Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. The role is responsible for inspecting materials and finished goods, identifying defects, and supporting process improvements to ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues, handle customer complaints, and maintain compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 or IATF16949. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products 2. Analyze quality issues and support corrective actions 3. Maintain inspection records and quality reports 4. Assist in audits and quality system improvements 5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
1–3 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing (electronics or automotive industry preferred)
Knowledge of basic measurement tools and equipment
Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Good command of English
