Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities
Total Purchasing Management
Plan, supervise, and manage all purchasing operations for maximum efficiency.
Establish guidelines for sourcing and evaluating suppliers (Vendor Evaluation & Selection).
Monitor and control purchasing costs in accordance with the budget.
Expertise in Domestic and International Procurement
Possess in-depth knowledge of import-export procedures, customs regulations, and relevant documentation.
Communicate, coordinate, and negotiate purchasing terms with both domestic and international suppliers.
Analyze pricing, terms, and product quality with a professional approach.
Store/Warehouse Management
Design storage systems, allocate space, and control inventory accuracy.
Develop and maintain storage procedures for materials and supplies in line with ISO/5S standards.
Lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure operational readiness and efficiency.
Strategic Planning for Purchasing & Store Team
Define departmental policies, action plans, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze data to adjust strategies and enhance team capabilities to align with the company’s business goals.
Demonstrate strong leadership and coaching ability to drive long-term team development.
Audit & Compliance
Prepare data, documentation, and systems to support internal and external audits.
Respond to audit inquiries and implement corrective action plans systematically.
Understand and apply relevant standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CSR, and SMETA.
