Job Descriptions

- Oversee and control the production process of buses and trucks to ensure compliance with company standards. - Coordinate with engineering, production teams, and external contractors to ensure smooth and efficient operations. - Review and verify technical documents including engineering drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) for production use. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during production, providing support to on-site teams. - Collect and analyze technical data to improve production processes and product quality. - Monitor and inspect product quality at various stages of production, including tracking progress and reporting results. - Support product improvement and modification activities in collaboration with the engineering team. - Supervise the installation of new equipment or systems on the production line and prepare relevant documentation. - Participate in product testing prior to delivery and prepare corresponding test reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production control or manufacturing engineering (automotive industry experience is a plus).
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering documents.
Knowledge of production systems, Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or quality control standards (QC/QA).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work full-time on-site at the manufacturing plant in Bang Bua Thong.
