Job Descriptions

•Must be understand training process and people development in Retail business such as Training need, Training analysis •Must be design the training road map for our staff both shop and back office •Must be understand to monitoring / Follow up / evaluated / assessment tools / Grading BA/SA performance •Can be create or design new course, new activity and new learning process for our staff •Create and design Sales Tools / Catalogue for selling product or other to drive sales •As a trainer to training soft skill such as Leadership program, Communication etc •As a facilitator in other training class •Develop selling and service step to deliver and align with Brand image and company’s goal •Coordinate with other dept. to update new campaign or collection and training to all staff •Must be understand and create new learning platform such as LMS, e-learning, You tube or Facebook

Qualifications

ทุกเพศ อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป สัญชาติไทย (Thai Nationality Only)
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales training, product trainer especially fragrance and beauty products/ มีประสบการณ์ด้านการฝึกอบรมงานขาย ฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยเฉพาะน้ำหอมและ/หรือเครื่องสำอาง หรือบทบาทการบริหารที่คล้ายคลึงกันอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal)/ มีความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษเป็นอย่างดี (ทั้งการเขียนและการพูด)
Proficiency in MS Office and sales applications/ มีความสามารถในการใช้ MS Office และโปรแกรมการขาย
มีความรับผิดชอบ / ซื่อสัตย์ / มีความตรงต่อเวลา
