Job Descriptions
Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Monitor and improve production performance to meet targets and deadlines
Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline within the production line
Coordinate with related departments such as Quality Control, Warehouse, and Maintenance
Assign tasks to production team members and ensure proper workflow
Prepare daily production reports and summarize monthly output
Troubleshoot production-related issues swiftly and effectively
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Analytical thinking and decision-making capability under pressure
