Job Descriptions
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Uses recognize industry and regulatory practices and procedures to ensure brand protection by validating that all current and potential suppliers to restaurant in Thailand provide product that are safe, confirming and consistent. • Maintains current knowledge of industry best practices, food manufacturing, preparation and handing, and regulatory requirements. • Monitors food labelling, safe food production, and safe food handling laws and regulations to ensure restaurant are compliant. • Advises franchisor Quality Assurance Team of impending or proposed regulatory changes. • Ensure compliance with national standards (i.e. BRC, GHP, HACCP, Hala, etc.) and legislation, considering the application of environmental and health/safety standards. • Works with QC to establish and maintain quality assurance requirements for external supplier and Customer. • Monitors and enforces QA compliance objectives; ensure targets are achieved throughout all levels of the supply chain; distribution, and restaurant. • Lead with the design, development, and implementation of all quality assurance programs throughout the supply chain (i.e. raw materials, manufacturing, and distribution) for all products in the system. • Develops, writes, and maintains QA policies and procedures that support the system. • Writes, edits, complies, and maintains all specifications for food and packaging products for the Brand. • Mange all activities related to verification of the consistent quality and safety of all products • Develops relationships and partnerships across all business units including Quality Assurance counterparts to successfully lead Quality Assurance for customer.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in quality control/quality assurance in a manufacturing or food production environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of BRC, GHP, HACCP, Hala, and other quality management systems.
  4. Experience in leading audits and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Proficiency in data analysis, quality inspection tools, and reporting.
  6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle quality-related challenges efficiently.
  9. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
