- Monitor and verify the accuracy of software systems used at the central operation center for the 7-Eleven project. -Check and ensure the proper functioning of Queue Media systems across servers and endpoint devices at each branch via monitoring tools. -Plan, manage, and oversee the performance of the System Monitoring and QC team to ensure accurate and complete operations. -Coordinate with internal departments, site owners, and external suppliers to compile and summarize daily and monthly performance reports. -Log incidents, report issues via the company’s internal system, and update work records accurately. -Follow up and coordinate system issue resolutions closely with the Maintenance team and suppliers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in System Monitoring, Quality Control, IT Support, Software Quality Control or a related field
Strong understanding of IT systems, servers, or network infrastructure
High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team environment
Flexible and adaptable; able to work outside of standard hours and travel to off-site locations when necessary
