Job Descriptions
- Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure quality, quantity, and timelines are met according to the production plan.
- Ensure all production staff comply with work procedures and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and escalate problems to the Production Manager as needed.
- Coordinate with related departments such as Planning, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality Control.
- Prepare and analyze production reports for process improvement.
- Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to ensure optimal team performance.
- Support continuous improvement activities including 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing, prefer to have certification of training.
Work 6 days per week.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of quality and safety systems in a manufacturing environment. prefer to have certifications of Safety and Quality.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work in shifts and under pressure.
