Job Descriptions
•Responsible for customer management
•Lead a cross functional team to solve customer complaint
•Assist with training of quality awareness to operator
•To assure sorting product quality meet customer requirement and quality target.
•Support company QMS implementation and compliance.
•Attend various meetings and action with customer.
•Manage all sorting quality-related issues within the manufacturing team with end user.
•Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for sorting quality issues.
•Manage and coordinate factory claim about sorting, customer problem solving on tim.
•Carry out sorting product and process auditing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial manufacturing, Automotive / Electronic relevant fields.
- Work as quality team or quality environment background is plus
- At least 5 years’ experience
- Sorting experience/Automotive/Electronic knowledge is a plus
- DOE Design of experiments) Good in problem solving and analysis skill. (8D, FTA, 5Why, DOE)(
- English communication is a good
- Chinese both written and spoken is plus
- Able to travelling to oversea and work under high pressure
