Job Descriptions

1.Handing import and export shipments and coordinate with the supplier from abroad. 2.Freight forwarding agent, customs clearance broker, and internal department (sourcing, buying) 3.Responsible for control proceeding both Import-Export Customs Formalities Clearance and related government parties. 4.Managing shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, B/L FTA Form. Checking the accuracy of import-export documents. 5.Ensure that shipments will be on schedule as needed. 6.To perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in International Business / Administration or related fields.
At least 1-3 years experiences in Import job function.
Knowledge of FTA (Form D, E, JTEPA) and H.S. code classification would be advantage.
Good command both of written and spoken of Chinese.
Good at Microsoft office skills (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
Good attitude, self-motivated, dynamic, hard-working and able to work under pressure and flexible hours.
Strong interpersonal and cooperate with all levels including management.
