Job Descriptions

1、Production Management：According to the production plan, organize production line employees to produce according to the production plan, process requirements, and standard operations to ensure the completion of the production plan 2、Carry out employee operation observation, trap management, etc. according to the operation instructions to ensure that employees strictly follow the standard operation and do a good job of self-inspection and abnormal feedback during the process 3、According to the production site change point management regulations, when change points occur in people, machines, materials, methods, environment, and measurement at the production site, change point management (change point management card, initial material confirmation, operation observation) shall be carried out in accordance with the "Change Point Implementation Rules" 4、Store finished products produced in the workshop according to the protection standards of outsourced parts/finished products to ensure the integrity of finished products 5、According to the equipment first-level maintenance requirements and the equipment maintenance day schedule, organize production line employees to perform equipment maintenance 6、According to the performance appraisal standards, employees are evaluated to ensure that the employee performance appraisal is fair, just and open.

Qualifications

Gender : None , Age: 25-35 years old
At least 3 years’ experience in Leader
A good relationship, Interpersonal and communication skills.
Good computer skill in Microsoft Office Program such as Power Point, Excel ,Word and Etc
