Job Descriptions●Sales & Customer Support
- Coordinate with customers regarding sales orders, delivery schedules, and invoicing
- Handle customer inquiries, provide timely updates on order and delivery status
●Order & Delivery Management
- Process Purchase Orders (PO) from customers accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with suppliers (domestic & overseas) regarding product availability, lead time, and shipment schedules
- Monitor and manage delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and external warehouses for shipping, customs clearance, and logistics arrangements
- Handle import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations
●Inventory & System Management
●Cross-functional Communication
- Act as a communication bridge between internal teams, suppliers, customers, and logistics partners
- Coordinate with both domestic and overseas suppliers regarding order status, shipment arrangement, and product information
-Communicate and support Japanese customers or management where necessary (if Japanese language skill available)
