Description of Work : - Procure and support team of indirect procurement team to meet its functions within responsible categories, CAPEX, machine, spare parts, services to ward requirements from all users within timeline. Responsibilities : - Taking care procurement related activities from sourcing, supplier engagement, negotiation, RFX process, price comparison, PO generation and follow ups with suppliers within the categories; CAPEX, Machine, Spare parts and services. - Engage Stakeholders to acquired user requirements and scope of works for sourcing the right products. - Conducts Supplier Evaluation & Supplier Management to ensure products and services are up to company standards. - Working with DATA team to comply spending analysis and conduct cost saving initiatives & strategies. - Participate in exhibitions to acquires new items and technologies and innovation to company. - Help claiming and Follow up any cases of claims if purchased of products and services are defected and not meet company standards. - Cooperate with team members to do ad-hoc assignments if needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineer or other related fields.
Newly graduated or 1-2 years experiences are welcome.
Has good technical knowledges of Procurement-Indirect, CAPEX, Machines, Spare parts, Chemical & Services.
Team player.
Soft Skills and Stakeholders management - can work with wide range of people.
Good understanding of Basic English in Reading & Writing.
