Job Descriptions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly within the HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, and cafés)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Present, promote, and sell products to both new and existing customers
- Collaborate with logistics and administrative teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Support product tastings, trade shows, and promotional events
- Engage clients through online platforms such as LINE, Facebook, and email marketing
- Create basic marketing content including product descriptions and promotional materials for social media and client communications
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in sales or customer service (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Basic proficiency in LINE Official, Facebook, Google Drive, and Microsoft Excel
- Service-oriented, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings or events as needed
