Job Descriptions
-Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for new hires and existing staff (medical and non-medical personnel).
-Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps and propose effective learning solutions.
-Coordinate with internal departments and external providers to organize training sessions (in-house and external).
-Prepare training materials, manuals, and handouts tailored to specific roles such as receptionists, nurses, therapists, and medical professionals.
-Facilitate or lead training sessions in topics such as customer service, communication, clinic procedures, and health regulations.
-Monitor training effectiveness and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Age 30 years and above
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in training and development.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills
- Good command in English
