Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities: •Finding new customer to approach the product, Maintain current customer. •Keep relationship to get new RFQ. •Sourcing raw-material such as steel, pipe, bolt and surface coating. •Handling problems and resolves to make sure business smoothly. •Responsible for "New Model" project, (read drawing) •Quotation provide and follow up. Take care new project development. •Support customer requirement, customer activities such as Cost reduction, VA/VE Meet company target. Manage customers satisfactions. •Support audit activities such as ISO 9001, IATF:16949. •Managing and supporting customer requirements. •Coordinate with concerned departments and suppliers as customer's request. •Support customer inquiry, make reports and report to Japanese MD. •Prepare documents related to sales activities such as quotations or proposal. •Other assigned tasks. Languages skills •English : Conversational •Japanese : None Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:00-17:10(Saturday Working (1-2 times per month depends on company calendar))

Qualifications

Age 23-35 years
Female Gender
Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering or related field.
At least 2 years experience of Sales Engineer experiences in automotive manufacturing. (Steel, Metal, Stamping, Automotive part)
Able to read drawing.
Conversational middle - high level of English. (contact with oversea client)
Have knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949
Able to use MS Office.
Able to attend face to face interview.
Have experience in sourcing or purchase in metal or steel is an advantage.
Good command in English is an advantage.
