Job Descriptions
•Planned maintenance and predictive maintenance
•Eliminate unplanned machine breakdown (Repair, analysis root cause, sustainable countermeasure and establish standard
•Prepare appropriate machine spare parts to avoid long time machining breakdown and support TPM plan
•Record, tracking and analysis main KPIs to achieve BP target
•Create work instruction, TPM plan and predictive maintenance plan
•5S and Safety work
•New machine installation ,prepare TPM plan, MAZE BOM and appropriate spare parts for new machines
•Support external and internal audit
•Contribution target of ISO14001 and ISO45001 target
•Work with MAZE management to optimize MAZE stock
•Update and develop self-competence skill
Qualifications
- PM, TPM of CNC machine, Yaznac, Fanuc, Siemens PLC, Robot, HMI, Mechanical drawing, Electrical drawing, Pneumatic and Hydraulic
- New machine installation, prepare TPM plan, and appropriate spare parts for new machines
