Job Descriptions
*Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targeted growth objectives.
*Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the HVAC/R industry, including consultants, distributors, engineers, architects, contractors, and other industry professionals.
*Develop distribution network in local market.
*Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
*utilizing CRM for sales tracking and reporting.

- Project Solution
- Proven sales experience in the commercial HVAC/R industry or B2B sales skills (preferred).
- Strong self-motivation, goal orientation, and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field (preferred).
