Job Descriptions

General Description •This position is responsible for carrying out warehouse and other operations activities, following warehouse and operations process correctly to ensure full stock integrity and timely delivery to customer. •Ensure right products at right quantity, with right quality, with right method, at right time, have been received into warehouse or dispatch out of warehouse efficiently. Also do the activities of pick and pack materials. Specific Accountabilities •Perform all warehouse operations including loading/unloading, put-away, labeling, wrapping, packing, values added activities, housekeeping, pallet cleaning, cycle count, stock take, and others reasonable activities related to warehouse/transport operations. •Perform checking the incoming & outgoing shipments according to the document as required. •Coordinate with team to prepare shipment according to delivery plan and schedule. •Efficiency of his operation in order to achieve operating task in both qualitative and quantitative. •Understand warehouse/transport specification in order to ensure product handling in the most appropriate way. •Understand Work Instruction and always applied it in normal operation process. •Work load support duration end period or requirement. •To report all accidents and any actual or potential hazards to Supervisor/Manager. •Co-operate with management in the wearing of the correct safety equipment, using the appropriate safety devices and following proper safe systems of work. •To co-operate in the investigation of accidents and the reporting of them. •Always work in accordance with information, instruction and training provided and will refrain from intentionally, willfully or recklessly interfering with or damaging anything for the purpose of health and safety.

Qualifications

Able to communicate fluency both spoken and written
Good numeric skills
Basic warehouse operation include receiving, put away, picking, dispatching, and cycle count
Hard working and able to work overtime
Good observer and good keep an eye on physical goods checking and work with safety mind
Minimum High School or Vocational Certificate
0-3 years working experience
