Job Descriptions
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new order management system in our organization. The system is designed for the travel industry, and prior experience in this sector is a significant advantage. As well as upload price, rate, promotions received from hotels into the system
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the internal implementation of the new order management software across relevant departments
•Act as the primary point of contact between our company and the software provider
•Coordinate and oversee user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the system
•Monitor system performance, identify bugs, and communicate with the software provider to resolve issues
•Collect and manage requests for new features and system improvements based on user feedback
•Ensure effective onboarding of all relevant users and monitor ongoing usage
•Work closely with management and key stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs
•Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and documentation
•Load rates received from suppliers to the system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or system implementation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in the travel industry – a strong advantage
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software tools quickly
