Job Descriptions

BTS Siam Working Days: Monday – Friday Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 Days Off: Saturday – Sunday Key Responsibilities: •Assist to do periodic reporting: e.g. export data and input for weekly leadership team meeting, update monthly marketing media plans, etc. •Assist to collate data, generate reports on our marketing activities and provide information in a presentable format •Coordinate events/photoshoots/video shoots and provide on-day support •Liaison with vendors in collateral creation and production for offline and online marketing activities •Copywriting/copyediting of collaterals in English and Thai languages •Conduct regular competitor analysis including mystery shopping and data entry •Support in ad hoc admin duties

Qualifications

Aged between 25 and 35 years old
Relevant experience in marketing and events execution
Candidates with hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and digital content development will be highly preferred
Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Skilled in copywriting and copyediting for marketing materials
Detail-oriented with the ability to organize data and reports in a clear and presentable format
Excellent coordination skills with both internal teams and external vendors (e.g., photographers, media production companies)
