Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Track sea and land shipments, handle exceptions, and coordinate updates with warehouse and customers.
Support customer order processing, delivery scheduling, and after-sales services.
Coordinate between HQ and local teams to align on policies and ensure compliance (e.g., tax, customs).
Collaborate with finance, legal, and logistics teams to complete regulatory and reporting tasks.
Analyze operational data and suggest improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
Handle urgent or modified orders and optimize transportation schedules and costs.
Qualifications
- English or Chinese
- Bachelor’s degree. Welcome fresh graduates.
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong communication skills in English or Chinese
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Team player with problem-solving and coordination abilities.
