-Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes -Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues -Analysing data and generating reports to track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement -Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems -Providing training and support to production staff on quality best practices -Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal quality policies -Researching and recommending new quality assurance technologies and methodologies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Quality Management, or a similar discipline
3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing quality management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar
Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools
