Job Descriptions
Job Description
1) Provides the results of the origin of goods and certificate of origin according to customer request such as Form A (GSP), Form D Form FTA (Australia), Form C/O, Form Al, Form E, Form AANZ, Form TC (Chile), Form TP (Peru)
2) To support and cooperate outside audit from "Third parties such as BOI, Customs, DFT and TAI"
3) Application new product to get the certificate and privileges from BOI such as exemption the import duty of Machine and Material, exemption the Corporate Income Tax and other for NON Tax
4) Other task such as HS CODE Review, IDD, IDR under BOI privilege and Quotation Freight compare
5) Submit to request approval DG list and DG import License from DIW
6) Recovering problem with find the root cause for preventive & corrective action.
7) Management and care of the BOI, Import-Export and other benefits under group company both of Ayuttaya, Bangkok and Chonburi to be efficient
8) Cooperate and support to all section concern in term of BOI.
9) Update and learn more the concern rule and regulation BOI.
.10) Update and learn more about TCWMD Laws that concern with company regulation (ECP
-Provides guidance and assistance to all staff of BOI. Foster teamwork.
-Support and participate about company's activity such as 5S, SGA and etc.
-Compliance with company policies such as ISO/IATF16949 and ISO14001 Etc.
Qualifications
- Male or Female , Thai nationality, Age 40 Up
- Have experience management LV in BOI field
- BOI Knowledge include Taxes and NON Taxes
- Knowledge and good skills to manage the privilege in accordance with the law such as BOI , IMPORT , EXPORT , FAT , and other law
- Toice Score 500+
